Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and own the short-term supply plan (0–12 weeks horizon) for finished goods within the assigned value stream to ensure product availability across markets.
  • •Create and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and coordinate planning resources to support successful execution.
  • •Manage and resolve supply-demand imbalances and planning exceptions through root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures with internal teams and suppliers.
  • •Monitor and address capacity and material constraints, assess impacts to the plan, and escalate risks when required.
  • •Track and analyze supply chain KPIs (service level, inventory, cash, and cost), support inventory optimization (including slow-moving inventory), and communicate/resolves product availability escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
  • •Around 5 years of supply chain experience across areas such as materials/inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, procurement, and SIOP.
  • •Deep functional understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, SIOP, demand planning/forecasting, end-to-end planning, master production scheduling, capacity analysis, and inventory management.
  • •Working understanding of MRP.
  • •Ability to adapt and deliver results in a complex environment, using data to generate scenarios and drive decision-making.
