Relationship Banker / SrRB - Tampa Downtown

Provide industry-leading client service by developing and expanding relationships and delivering consultative financial solutions for deposits, credit, convenience, and other products. Support branch and individual sales targets through client maintenance, problem resolution, and consultative conversations, referring complex needs to internal specialists. Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed, lead sales initiatives within the branch, advise on consumer lending options, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
