•Establish and maintain performance-tracking files for industrial operations and coordinate with production teams
•Develop and draft performance-tracking databases per product and deploy to production teams with operator training
•Coordinate upgrades and changes (MOC) with engineering and update PID documents as needed
•Monitor line transfers on the shop floor and ensure accurate data capture for performance metrics
•Participate in unit meetings and cross-functional coordination to optimize technical processes and project planning
