Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a safety ambassador and ensure the highest safety standards and compliance with DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.
  • •Build and motivate project stakeholders and teams to meet project objectives and responsibilities, including project milestones.
  • •Lead procurement for all remaining upcoming project packages.
  • •Collaborate with the DP World Site Program Manager to review/amend/approve payments to consultants and contractors.
  • •Develop the technical delivery framework and manage tender, contractual, financial, governance, and reporting activities; provide status reporting on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical specialty.
  • •Detailed knowledge of FIDIC construction contracts.
  • •8–10 years of experience in marine/civil projects, ideally under international conditions.
  • •3–5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Construction Manager.
  • •Experience managing multi-discipline teams and civil design, construction standards, consultants, tenders, and FIDIC contract forms.
