Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement project control strategies, processes, and procedures to optimize performance, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
•Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs.
•Create detailed project schedules using industry-standard software, considering critical path and resource allocation.
•Monitor progress against baselines, identify deviations and risks, and implement mitigation actions.
•Lead regular project status meetings and provide timely reports on schedule, cost variance, earned value, and risk.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, accounting or finance; graduate degree preferred.
•Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a project controls role in the construction industry.
•Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
•Strong understanding of project control principles, methodologies, and tools, including schedule development, cost control, risk management, and performance measurement.
•Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate project teams towards achieving project control objectives.
