Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement project control strategies, processes, and procedures to optimize performance, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • •Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs.
  • •Create detailed project schedules using industry-standard software, considering critical path and resource allocation.
  • •Monitor progress against baselines, identify deviations and risks, and implement mitigation actions.
  • •Lead regular project status meetings and provide timely reports on schedule, cost variance, earned value, and risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, accounting or finance; graduate degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a project controls role in the construction industry.
  • •Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • •Strong understanding of project control principles, methodologies, and tools, including schedule development, cost control, risk management, and performance measurement.
  • •Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate project teams towards achieving project control objectives.
