Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end financial models for financings, strategic transactions, and major investment decisions, including sizing, structural alternatives, and downside scenarios.
  • •Drive analytical workstreams on live transactions from framing through close, pressure-testing terms and building diligence materials.
  • •Build operating models that connect business drivers to financial outcomes and translate analysis for external counterparties.
  • •Create frameworks for capital allocation and investment decisions across facilities, capacity expansion, vertical integration, and other non-routine commitments.
  • •Go directly to data sources across supply chain, manufacturing, contracts, and programs; reconcile inputs and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience, including time at a top-tier investment bank and at a buyout private equity firm.
  • •Experience ideally including LevFin or Restructuring and industrials coverage.
  • •Exceptional ability to build detailed, structurally sound financial models from the ground up.
  • •Strong command of debt financing structures, capital structure, and credit.
  • •Ability to make sound business judgments from messy and incomplete information and present to senior leadership.
