Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to ensure compliance with Trust & Safety and data protection standards.
  • •Perform RCA deep-dives on recurring quality issues and translate findings into actionable feedback for operational guidelines.
  • •Provide expert judgment on complex or high-risk cases, including interpreting safety guidelines and validating benchmark “golden sets.”
  • •Lead calibration sessions to drive consistency across moderation teams and ensure policy updates are communicated and implemented.
  • •Leverage AI and QA dashboards/tools to produce weekly and monthly reporting, and lead/support training rollouts for new policy updates (about 20% of monthly output).

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience conducting analytical audits, tracking performance targets, and maintaining data integrity in trust & safety, compliance, or high-volume operations.
  • •Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills to identify trend patterns and propose process optimizations that reduce error rates.
  • •Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs, with the critical judgment to handle complex or high-risk escalation cases.
  • •Excellent cross-functional communication to lead calibration sessions and deliver training in partnership with BPO and internal teams.
  • •Fluency in Norwegian is required, with English as the primary working language.
