Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete underwriting and ongoing monitoring of commercial credit with limited oversight as proficiency grows.
  • •Proactively monitor credit performance, initiate collection of financial statements, and attend/support portfolio reviews as needed.
  • •Prepare succinct credit approval memos and portfolio materials, including analysis, projection model assumptions, and terms/conditions.
  • •Run portfolio monitoring tasks such as covenant tracking, financial statement reviews, tickler updates, and risk rating model monitoring.
  • •Ensure accuracy and timeliness of credit data, identify emerging risks or negative trends, and escalate deficiencies and concerns appropriately.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting).
  • •2+ years of Commercial Banking experience.
  • •Strong ability to perform sound financial and risk analysis and develop financial models.
  • •Extensive knowledge of banking products and services, including corporate business structure and legal documents.
  • •Proficiency in internal banking applications and Microsoft Office, with strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
