Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and evolve the global and regional talent solutions delivery model, including frameworks for custom vs. standardized solutions.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a global team of senior solutioning leaders, setting standards for quality, speed, and business relevance.
  • •Partner with Talent Partnering, Country People Leaders, and VP+ executives to shape demand and direct resources to highest-impact priorities.
  • •Drive transformation of solution design and delivery through AI-enabled and digital-first approaches, including scalable solution architectures, tools, and templates.
  • •Establish scope boundaries, prioritization mechanisms, outcome tracking, impact measurement, and continuous improvement to ensure measurable results.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • •15+ years of experience in talent development, learning, or organizational effectiveness, with proven enterprise or multi-region outcomes.
  • •Significant experience leading global or multi-region teams, including leadership of senior practitioners or leaders.
  • •Demonstrated success influencing and partnering with senior business leaders (VP+ level).
  • •Deep expertise in instructional design, adult learning, experience design, and talent solution architecture, including scalable talent solution models and operating frameworks.
