Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, and maintain applications, APIs, integrations, and automation supporting INPD, HR, and SHE.
  • •Translate business and functional requirements into maintainable, scalable software solutions aligned to sprint commitments and product roadmaps.
  • •Develop and maintain integrations across business platforms, enterprise applications, SaaS solutions, and data services, including troubleshooting and optimization.
  • •Apply Pandora engineering standards across the development lifecycle, including secure coding, peer reviews, and CI/CD/automated testing practices.
  • •Provide Level 3 production support: root cause analysis, corrective actions, observability/monitoring, and documentation while reducing technical debt.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering or enterprise system integration experience, delivering business-critical applications and integrations.
  • •Proficiency in C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python, with strong fundamentals in scalable software delivery.
  • •Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • •Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, plus CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • •Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications across the software development lifecycle, including monitoring, observability, and application support.
