Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the strategic vision for fleet, material handling equipment, driver safety, and transportation operations.
  • •Oversee lifecycle, deployment, and utilization metrics for fleet assets and warehouse MHE, optimizing total cost of ownership and minimizing downtime.
  • •Lead large-scale projects across people, process, and technology, including safety cameras, telematics, analytics, and enterprise fleet operating standards.
  • •Ensure regulatory and legal compliance for warehouse operations and transportation, including FMCSA, DOT, OSHA, IRP, IFTA, CARB, and Form 2290.
  • •Supervise, mentor, and develop fleet, warehouse, and supply chain personnel, and own ESG strategy to reduce carbon footprint.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of supply chain leadership experience, including 5+ years of fleet/MHE industry experience and vendor management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • •Demonstrated change leadership through operational change, technology rollouts, and process standardization across large, distributed teams.
  • •Lean Six Sigma experience and prior project management experience are preferred.
  • •Strong communication and partner management skills with the ability to influence leaders at all levels.
