Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI solutions across client engagements, using Aisera and comparable platforms. Develop autonomous and multi-agent systems that reason, plan, select tools, and execute tasks, including RAG pipelines, function/tool calling, memory, and orchestration. Integrate agents with enterprise systems via APIs, webhooks, databases, and ITSM platforms, and ensure scalability, testing, monitoring, CI/CD, and responsible-AI governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, configure, and deploy AI agents using Aisera and comparable agentic AI toolsets to solve client workflows.
•Build autonomous and multi-agent systems for planning, reasoning, tool selection, and task execution.
•Design and implement RAG pipelines, function/tool calling, memory/context management, and agent orchestration.
•Integrate agents with external systems (APIs, webhooks, databases, CRMs, ITSM platforms, and data pipelines) for seamless workflow execution.
•Build scalable backend services/microservices for AI applications, ensuring testing, monitoring, CI/CD, and responsible-AI governance.

Key Requirements

•8–12 years in software development, AI/ML engineering, or systems integration with recent hands-on agentic AI/LLM delivery.
•Hands-on experience with Aisera or comparable agentic AI/conversational AIOps platforms (e.g., ServiceNow AI Agents, Automation Anywhere).
•Strong programming in Python (primary) plus Java and/or JavaScript, producing production-quality code.
•Experience building agents with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or PydanticAI.
•Solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, function calling, and agent evaluation; MCP and multi-agent architectures are preferred.
