Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver underwriting and financial measures as outlined in the business plan.
  • •Review, assess, and underwrite new business and renewal opportunities.
  • •Manage a portfolio of multinational real estate programmes across multiple territories.
  • •Own allocated accounts throughout the policy lifecycle, including renewals, MTAs, and policy administration.
  • •Assess, select, and price risk within underwriting authority and governance requirements; support key accounts and renewal meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous Real Estate and/or Property underwriting experience.
  • •International or multinational underwriting experience (advantageous, not essential).

  • •Cert CII or Dip CII qualified, or actively working towards professional qualifications.
