Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform regular inspection tests to verify products and materials meet company safety and quality standards.
  • •Collect samples from injection molding machines, secondary processes, and print lines and complete attribute/dimensional/functional testing per the required frequency.
  • •Record test results on appropriate forms and complete in-process attribute verifications and document checks.
  • •Identify non-conforming product using “Hold” labels, update the hold log, and notify the Shift Supervisor/Quality Assurance Manager of issues not corrected promptly.
  • •Maintain a safe working environment and ensure quality and housekeeping standards; communicate ongoing concerns between shifts.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; plastic manufacturing preferred.
  • •Technical background and/or experience in Quality Assurance preferred.
  • •Strong computer skills and ability to use measuring devices such as height gages and calipers.
  • •Good mathematics, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently with little supervision.
