Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop power electronic converters, inverters, rectifiers, AC/DC, DC/DC converters, and motor drive systems.
  • •Select and size power electronics components (power semiconductors, magnetics, capacitors, and protection devices).
  • •Create electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and wiring diagrams, including circuit design in Altium Designer.
  • •Develop control algorithms for power conversion and motor control applications.
  • •Model and validate system behavior and evaluate emerging semiconductor technologies such as SiC and GaN.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s, MSc, or PhD in electrical engineering, power electronics, electronics engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •10+ years of experience in power electronics design and development.
  • •Strong understanding of power conversion topologies and switching devices.
  • •Experience with PWM techniques, digital control systems, and embedded control platforms.
  • •Experience with component selection/sizing, electrical design, and validation/testing for power conversion systems.
