Job Summary

Lead compensation programs for the Europe Developed Markets (EPDM) region, partnering with HR and business stakeholders to deliver annual merit cycles, salary range reviews, job evaluations, and compensation analyses. Translate global compensation strategy into regional practices, support pay equity and benchmarking, and manage regional compensation initiatives that improve tools, frameworks, governance, and documentation. This is an individual contributor role.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the annual merit cycle across a set of HR teams.
•Lead annual salary range reviews for countries within the EPDM region.
•Perform job evaluations using Korn Ferry Hays methodology to assess pay bands for the target population.
•Conduct pay equity, market competitiveness, and salary benchmarking analyses to support HR stakeholders.
•Partner with HR stakeholders on compensation, promotions, benchmarking, and pay decisions, and manage compensation projects to improve regional tools and frameworks.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in compensation and/or total rewards.
•Experience using Korn Ferry Hays job evaluation methodology (or a similar job architecture framework).
•Experience in salary benchmarking and compensation analyses.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret compensation data and provide actionable recommendations.
•4 to 5+ years of prior compensation experience (FMCG experience preferred)
