Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the annual merit cycle across a set of HR teams.
  • •Lead annual salary range reviews for countries within the EPDM region.
  • •Perform job evaluations using Korn Ferry Hays methodology to assess pay bands for the target population.
  • •Conduct pay equity, market competitiveness, and salary benchmarking analyses to support HR stakeholders.
  • •Partner with HR stakeholders on compensation, promotions, benchmarking, and pay decisions, and manage compensation projects to improve regional tools and frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in compensation and/or total rewards.
  • •Experience using Korn Ferry Hays job evaluation methodology (or a similar job architecture framework).
  • •Experience in salary benchmarking and compensation analyses.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret compensation data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • •4 to 5+ years of prior compensation experience (FMCG experience preferred)
