Key Responsibilities

•Own and execute the Strategic Partner Strategy across named technology partners and major telecom providers
•Drive partner revenue motions by leading sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with initiatives with partner ecosystems
•Build and manage partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and institute forecasting, attribution, and reporting
•Create and enable joint solutions, reference architectures, and enablement programs with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Enterprise Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Leadership to accelerate partner-driven revenue growth

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in Partner Management, Alliances, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales
•3–5+ years directly managing strategic technology partnerships (e.g., Genesys, Databricks, Snowflake, cloud hyperscalers, telecom providers)
•Proven success building sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions
•Demonstrated ability to build and scale strategic partnerships from zero or early-stage environments
•Strong understanding of technology ecosystems across product organizations, alliances, marketplaces, solution architecture, and enterprise field sales
