Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure alignment with the company, employees, and the local community.
  • •Develop and engage team members while assisting with selecting, training, and motivating staff to achieve productivity goals.
  • •Support day-to-day store operations including training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, and customer service.
  • •Aid in achieving budgeted revenue goals and assist with execution of store strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, expand traffic, and optimize profitability.
  • •Open and close the store, secure assets, plan and prepare the labor schedule, maintain the store security system, and act as Store Manager in their absence.

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 4 years of retail store management experience (preferred).
  • •Associates degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
  • •Excellent communication skills to convey the brand’s vision and mission to team members and customers.
  • •Strong project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • •Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment, and flexibility of schedule/hours to meet business needs.
