Job Summary

Partner with SMB Services merchants to understand their needs and tailor Square tool adoption. Own and grow a portfolio through consultative outreach, product adoption, upselling, and value-based recommendations. Serve as a trusted voice for your merchants within Square by advocating for their needs and surfacing insights that improve products. Coordinate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver an excellent end-to-end customer experience while achieving revenue targets.
