Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce PTCO deliverables aligned to the customer’s Facility Accreditation Process.
  • •Review required documentation for quality, completeness, and compliance with ICD 705 and applicable regulations.
  • •Record completed actions/tasks and attach relevant documents to the associated entry.
  • •Create and obtain approval for Special Operations Communications (SOCOMM) messages, documents, and email.
  • •Ensure customer-sponsored facilities are selected and constructed to meet security requirements and participate in special projects as required.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of related experience in physical security administration, preferably in the government contracting industry.
  • •Experience managing physical security of SCIFs and secure workspaces and supporting customer SCIF/accreditation efforts.
  • •Knowledge of current IC physical security policies including ICD 705, TSG, and TSCM.
  • •Experience preparing Preconstruction Fixed Facility Checklists (FFC), Construction Security Plans (CSP), TEMPEST checklists, and Fixed Facility Checklists (FFC).
  • •Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science with 8+ years of related experience; US citizenship required.
