Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce PTCO deliverables aligned to the customer’s Facility Accreditation Process and review required documentation for quality, completeness, and compliance with ICD 705 and other applicable regulations.
  • •Provide guidance to customers to meet completeness and compliance requirements, and record actions while attaching relevant documents to associated entries.
  • •Create and obtain approval for Special Operations Communications (SOCOMM) messages, documents, and email.
  • •Ensure customer-sponsored facilities are selected and constructed to meet security requirements in accordance with customer guidelines and ICD 705.
  • •Support accreditation by preparing fixed facility checklists and participating in special projects as required; manage multiple projects/tasks and large workloads.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of related experience in physical security administration, preferably in the government contracting industry.
  • •Experience managing the physical security of SCIFs and secure workspaces, including knowledge of current IC physical security policies such as ICD 705, TSG, and TSCM.
  • •Experience preparing Preconstruction Fixed Facility Checklists (FFC), Construction Security Plans (CSP), TEMPEST checklists, and Fixed Facility Checklists (FFC).
  • •Experience relating to accreditation of customer SCIFs and collateral facilities, including providing construction recommendations for new construction and facility modifications.
  • •Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science and strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in MS Office.
