Support the region finance manager by maintaining bookkeeping and reporting, ensuring internal controls and compliance, and building structured data for analytics and scenario planning. Partner with the commercial team on SAN preparation, dashboards, rolling forecasts, RF limits, and cost card preparation. Contribute to month closing, balance sheet schedule reviews, and tax/legal support, while developing analytical skills through education and training across the region.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain bookkeeping and reporting and ensure controls and compliances for timely month closing.
•Compile and model data for P&L/RF scenarios, KPI performance, trend analysis, business cases, and ROI.
•Track trade spend using SAN (scheme approval notes) and perform analytics/data modelling for insights.
•Support commercial partnering activities including SAN preparation, dashboards, RF submissions, RF limits data, cost cards, and approvals (Policy & DOA).
•Perform internal control activities including balance sheet schedule review, reconciliation closure, asset verification, and tax/legal support as needed.

Key Requirements

•CA qualification with strong communication and presentation skills and 1–2 years of experience.
•1–2 years of work experience preferably in commercial finance in multinational FMCG.
•Strong analytical skills and ability to model/compile data for scenarios, KPIs, and trends.
•Experience working with cross-functional teams and good communication.
•Understanding of accounting standards and tax rules; reporting, financial accounting, consolidation, and risk management/internal control.
