Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete GSOC onboarding and security awareness training; review policies and compliance requirements.
  • •Use ticketing and knowledge-base tools under supervision, and observe alert triage and escalation workflows.
  • •Shadow analysts during investigations and case reviews, assisting with case documentation under supervision.
  • •Review and update operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles; create user-friendly reference materials.
