Key Responsibilities

  • •Dispense prescription and non-prescription medications by interpreting physician orders and advising customers on dosage, storage, side effects, and drug interactions.
  • •Ensure store readiness and operational readiness by monitoring compliance with internal readiness guidelines and store-level SOPs.
  • •Supervise retail store staff through performance management, productivity/KPI tracking, corrective actions when required, and regular development conversations.
  • •Monitor store sales targets and customer satisfaction through direct observation and regular reporting.
  • •Handle cash register processes and payments/reconciliations, including coordination with Finance, and maintain inventory, stock logistics, and operational administrative tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc in Pharmacy (required by law).
  • •1 - 3 years of experience.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • •Fluency in English (mandatory).
  • •Fluency in Arabic (mandatory).
