Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a reference for new store hires, supporting their adaptation and learning of store tasks and procedures.
  • •Own higher-complexity operational tasks such as shrink minimization, receiving certain suppliers, and inventory control.
  • •Support the Store Manager and/or Shift Supervisor with task delegation to improve store operational coordination.
  • •Perform core picker duties: picking (assembling orders), packing, and ensuring orders are processed on time and according to correct packaging steps without altering orders.
  • •Receive, stock, label, and manage merchandise with safety/hygiene standards, validate SKU/order match, control expiry and quality (including cold chain), record everything in the inventory system, and participate in order payment and delivery to riders.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in replenishment roles (repositor/reponedor).
  • •Experience handling merchandise, including FEFO, inventory knowledge, and inventory indicators.
  • •Availability to work rotating schedules.
  • •Ability to work in a team.
