Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage and listen for client needs during in-person and over-the-phone conversations, delivering customized financial wellness recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and provide guidance on deposit and lending products (including home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit).
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals tied to client acquisition and relationship growth.
  • •Partner with branch teammates and line-of-business partners, managing internal/external centers of influence to deepen and expand relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions and supporting teller operations as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required) or a Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • •Minimum 1 year experience building new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience prioritized).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients (required).
