Process and file investor/insurer claims for defaulted residential mortgage loans within required guidelines to protect investor collateral interests. Track claim status and posting of proceeds, including principal, interest, escrow, and other advances. Close out accounts to ensure balances are zero, and coordinate with attorney, property preservation, hazard claims, and outsourcing vendors to support loss mitigation and property maintenance requirements.
