Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and maintain responsibility for products and equipment on assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Diagnose and repair HVAC units by using software/technology and hand tools while following blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and record use, wear, and conditions to maintain security and accountability of company-issued and procured assets.

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent violations in the past 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification.
