Job Summary

Lead the Solutions Engineering team for the NEMEA region, owning the regional build-out and GTM execution alongside sales leadership. Partner with Customer Experience, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to drive customer adoption of Grafana Cloud and open-source offerings through professional services, support, training, and community programs. Hire, mentor, and develop presales solution engineers, execute a formal sales motion, manage key accounts, and hit regional financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Attract, recruit, ramp, and mentor a team of presales solution engineers.
•Lead with a servant-based approach, balancing field responsibilities with team needs and career development.
•Direct regional planning and execution to achieve goals and outcomes for the region.
•Partner with Benelux/NEMEA sales leadership on customer programs, marketing initiatives, and community/company events to drive adoption and expansion.
•Provide executive sponsorship of key accounts and ensure customer requirements are met through collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.

Salary: SEK 1,480,000 - 1,775,000

Key Requirements

•Some experience leading a team, with 5-10 years in the high-tech industry (e.g., Developer, Architect, Sales Engineer/Architect, Manager roles).
•Proven success in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first startup environment.
•Proven track record mentoring, developing people, and managing performance over time.
•Open Source selling or Cloud-first/Product-led sales go-to-market motion is a plus.
•Experience executing a formal sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC), plus direct experience selling monitoring/data/visualization products.
