Key Responsibilities

•Lead the direct acquisition strategy for new merchants, designing audiences, messages, and commercial actions to accelerate adoption.
•Design and implement the commercial proposal for each action in collaboration with marketing, product and operations, ensuring consistent execution across communication flows.
•Plan and execute end-to-end A/B tests of audiences, creatives and journeys; translate results into improvements in CTR, CVR and incremental impact.
•Identify opportunities to migrate sellers to higher-value products, activate automatic workflows and define differentiated proposals by segment to increase sales volume.
•Operate with large data sets to detect deviations in real time, trigger corrective levers and ensure compliance with the business plan.

Key Requirements

•Formation of a degree in Economics, Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
•At least 2 years of experience in performance, growth or digital acquisition marketing campaigns.
•Experience handling large volumes of data; desirable to have SQL, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Teradata or similar tools.
•Ability to design and implement commercial proposals in collaboration with marketing, product and operations.
•Strong collaboration and execution focus with a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns.
