Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop project plans for new product development using activity drill-down (WBS).
  • •Coordinate day-to-day activities to deliver projects and deliverables on time.
  • •Establish prioritization, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
  • •Identify potential failures, initiate corrective actions, and manage programme risks; provide status updates and manage dependencies/logistics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / MBA in Operations (or related discipline).
  • •Overall 8-10 years of experience, with at least 3-4 years in Program Management or Project Management in NPI.
  • •Steel parts manufacturing or tooling knowledge/experience.
  • •Experience working with international teams and suppliers.
  • •Knowledge of project management application JIRA is preferable.
