Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and review electrical design packages (SLDs, load lists, sizing calculations, system studies, and engineering layouts) for critical FAB power systems.
  • •Design, review, and size GIS, UPS, MV/LV switchgears, transformers, generators, VFDs, PDBs, harmonic filters, SCADA/PMS, grounding, cabling schedules, and emergency power circuits.
  • •Prepare and review technical documentation such as control philosophies, schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
  • •Coordinate electrical requirements with OEM tool vendors and collaborate with consultants, global engineering teams, GC and sub-vendors.
  • •Support specification/TDS, procurement, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and construction support including issue resolution and contractor/consultant oversight.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in HV/MV/LV power system engineering for semiconductor or similar mission-critical infrastructure.
  • •Experience with power distribution for semiconductor fabrication tools and critical equipment supply.
  • •Ability to develop and review electrical design packages including SLDs, load lists, sizing calculations, and system studies.
  • •Knowledge of substations and components such as GIS/AIS, MV/LV switchgears, transformers, UPS, generators, switchgear protection relays, and grounding/earthing.
  • •AI proficiency using generative AI models (e.g., Co-Pilot, ChatGPT, Claude or other LLMs).
