Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute regulatory engagement strategy for India operations.
  • •Build and manage relationships with Credit Information Companies (CICs) and industry partners, including negotiations around data access and compliance requirements.
  • •Manage and mentor the Compliance Analyst in India; set priorities, allocate resources, and conduct performance reviews.
  • •Serve as the strategic compliance bridge between US headquarters and India, collaborating with senior finance, compliance, legal, information security, and partnerships leaders.
  • •Oversee India entity compliance operations: governance documentation, compliance policies/frameworks, and regulatory filings, licenses, and reporting obligations.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related field in financial services.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, LLB, or equivalent) preferred.

  • •Experience in a leadership or management role, including people management.
  • •Direct experience at a CIC and/or fintech company preferred, with success navigating complex regulatory environments.
