Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and refine Hospitality B2B strategic approach and prioritization framework with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
  • •Be the source of truth for Hospitality product audience, prioritization process, and product experience.
  • •Establish and maintain product quality standards, escalating and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • •Manage all Product Management team members on the Hospitality Product team and partner with Product Leadership on success metrics and goals.
  • •Support integration strategy for American Express acquisitions (Tock and Rooam) and ensure product enhancements meet compliance and privacy standards.
