Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with customers to understand system dynamics and motion simulation requirements, and develop technical solutions using MSC Adams.
  • •Deliver software demonstrations, POC studies, benchmark evaluations, feasibility analyses, and technical presentations.
  • •Support customer projects including multibody dynamics, rigid-flexible coupling, vehicle dynamics, suspension/steering simulation, powertrain analysis, vibration/durability analysis, and control system integration.
  • •Provide technical support for model creation, subsystem assembly, joint/force definition, parameter setup, solver execution, result interpretation, and troubleshooting.
  • •Conduct customer training (workshops and best-practice sharing) and collaborate with sales, R&D, and CAE product teams; develop case studies and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related disciplines.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English.
  • •Solid understanding of dynamics, kinematics, rigid body mechanics, and finite element fundamentals.
  • •Hands-on experience with MSC Adams and multibody dynamics simulation workflows.
  • •Ability to independently perform model setup, subsystem creation, constraint/force definition, solver configuration, results analysis, and report generation.
