Key Responsibilities

  • •Manufacture products by operating process equipment according to the operations plan, key performance measures, cGMPs, SOPs, and safety/regulatory requirements.
  • •Perform entry-level production activities including adding ingredients, packaging, and cleaning per instructions from the Shift Team Lead.
  • •Communicate manufacturing process status, delays, equipment problems, and deviations to other operators and the Shift Team Lead.
  • •Document production activities by completing MPR entries and maintaining cleaning records, logbooks, withdrawal sheets, and related paperwork.
  • •Monitor production progress using equipment readings, microscope particle evaluation, and in-process testing to ensure quality requirements are met.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; process tech degree or equivalent preferred.
  • •At least 6 months of experience in a production environment.
  • •Ability to complete training/orientation hours from 8AM–4PM, Monday–Friday.
  • •Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule after training.
  • •Ability to safely operate mechanized equipment such as lift trucks, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
