Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of product management or new product development experience shipping high-quality products in the payments industry.
  • •Experience with Lean product management and Lean management principles in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
  • •Comprehensive agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban), plus CI/CD and DevOps-based PDLC/SDLC; technical savviness for TDD and BDD.
  • •Demonstrated track record delivering product features from design through development, deployment, and customer integration.
  • •Proficiency grooming user stories/features/epics, setting entrance/exit criteria, prioritizing backlogs, and defining SMART metrics; Bachelor’s degree.
