Job Summary

Lead and manage complex software development programs within Thales’ sonar and maritime surveillance domain. Drive end-to-end delivery of software lots, organize incremental development and validation, mentor the software team, coordinate with engineering disciplines, and implement planning dashboards and KPIs in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Piloter les lots logiciels de dimensions complexes suivant les affaires du plan de charge du département
•Organiser et structurer les activités incrémentales de développement, d'intégration et de validation logicielle
•Animer l’équipe logicielle dans son ensemble et être le relai local de la discipline Delivery
•Assurer une bonne coordination avec les autres métiers de l’ingénierie
•Mettre en place de la stratégie et du reporting d’avancement (Dashboard, KPI, …)

Key Requirements

•Engineer or university degree (BAC+5) with experience in software conception, development and functional testing
•Strong coding practices and software security mindset
•Proven ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
•Experience with Agile methodologies and version control (Git)
•Ability to design, develop and validate complex software, and to lead a software team in an Agile context
