Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain assigned store sections, keeping shop floor standards and cash desk areas replenished and tidy throughout the day.
  • •Process sales transactions, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently across payment methods.
  • •Acknowledge and assist customers to ensure a positive retail experience face-to-face or by phone.
  • •Organize and maintain stockroom standards efficiently and continuously develop stock knowledge and promotions.
  • •Follow SOPs, participate in store self-assessment audits, review internal audit reports, and communicate action plans and any accidents to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •Maintain responsibility for one or several store sections, ensuring a basic image through folding and displaying.
  • •Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently, accurately, and quickly in all payment methods.
  • •Provide quality customer service face-to-face or over the telephone, acknowledging customers promptly.
  • •Maintain excellent stockroom standards by organizing and arranging it efficiently and developing stock and promotion knowledge.
  • •Follow health and safety guidelines and company SOPs, including store housekeeping and risk-aware work practices.
