Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of work experience in process integration, preferably R&D within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong understanding of nanotechnology processes including lithography, etch, deposition, CMP, and metrology.
  • •Proficiency in statistical data analysis and process optimization/control techniques (e.g., Design of Experiments, SPC, JMP).
  • •Ability to read layout files (e.g., GDS and OASIS) and familiarity with optical proximity correction (OPC) methodologies; optics principles and photonic components knowledge is desirable.
