Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary on-site point of contact, coordinating daily activities across the customer’s GC, GC-managed subcontractors, and Armada trades.
  • •Develop and enforce integrated site logistics plans, look-ahead schedules, and work sequencing across multiple concurrent trade crews.
  • •Chair/participate in coordination meetings (OAC/trade stacking/site safety huddles) and resolve field conflicts impacting schedule.
  • •Manage commissioning coordination by aligning construction completion to the Level 1–5 commissioning sequence and coordinating system turnover and readiness.
  • •Enforce site safety and quality/compliance expectations, support QA/QC documentation, and report schedule risk and RFS readiness to internal and customer stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of construction site management experience, including 3+ years in mission-critical data center or industrial startup/commissioning environments.
  • •Coordinate multi-trade, multi-stakeholder sites through substantial completion, startup, commissioning, and RFS/occupancy.
  • •Working knowledge of data center MEP systems (electrical distribution/switchgear, UPS, generators, cooling plants/CRAH-CRAC, BMS/EPMS controls) to coordinate startup sequencing.
  • •Familiarity with commissioning frameworks (e.g., ASHRAE Guideline 0/1.1, Level 1–5 commissioning) and translating commissioning requirements into field execution plans.
  • •Strong scheduling acumen using Primavera P6 or MS Project, plus experience managing GC, subcontractors, and third-party commissioning agents; OSHA 30 or willingness to obtain.
