Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute sourcing strategies and category management for CAPEX, OPEX, MEP, civil, ELV, ICT, systems, services, and AMC categories.
  • •Own end-to-end project procurement planning through PO/subcontract award, delivery/installation support, and commercial closure.
  • •Identify, prequalify, evaluate, onboard, and develop OEMs, channel partners, EPC contractors, integrators, subcontractors, and service providers; manage supplier performance using KPIs.
  • •Lead commercial negotiations and cost optimization across pricing, scope, payment terms, taxes, warranties, guarantees, and total cost of ownership.
  • •Coordinate contract and change management (POs, service agreements, variations, claims, disputes, and compliance) and oversee procure-to-pay governance and digital tools.
  • •Act as a commercial procurement partner to engineering, projects, operations, finance, legal, quality, HSE, and site leadership; support audits, site visits, and commissioning/AMC mobilization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Electronics, Instrumentation or related).
  • •Master’s degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Procurement, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • •Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CPM, PMP, or equivalent (advantageous).
  • •Strong knowledge of technical procurement, tendering, commercial terms, contracts, project execution, and procure-to-pay controls.
  • •Experience (8–15 years) in progressive procurement and sourcing, preferably in data centers, airports, metro rail, EPC/construction, industrial infrastructure, or facility management.
