Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the regional Transportation Sector in Western Canada, driving market growth and new client development aligned with growth objectives.
  • •Oversee financial and operational performance, including backlog management and project profitability, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • •Collaborate with the British Columbia Managing Principal and other regional leaders to align strategic plans and share best practices.
  • •Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand services and market reach.
  • •Mentor and develop regional Transportation resources, promoting knowledge sharing and succession planning to sustain the practice.
