Key Responsibilities

•Lead the regional Transportation Sector in Western Canada, driving market growth and new client development aligned with growth objectives.
•Oversee financial and operational performance, including backlog management and project profitability, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
•Collaborate with the British Columbia Managing Principal and other regional leaders to align strategic plans and share best practices.
•Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand services and market reach.
•Mentor and develop regional Transportation resources, promoting knowledge sharing and succession planning to sustain the practice.

Key Requirements

•Architecture degree with the ability to be licensed in British Columbia
•At least 15 years of experience in the transportation architecture sector
