Drive regional growth by linking Digital Services offerings to the Customer for Life strategy, identifying opportunities with existing and new customers. •Maintain knowledge of the Controls Service Agreement base and target opportunities using deep customer knowledge.
•Gather and validate preliminary information and perform facility walkthroughs and construction plan reviews.
•Determine project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet HVAC system design and installation requirements.
•Develop and execute an account-specific business plan, meet gross margin requirements, and travel to customer job sites.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,793.33 - 156,170 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of demonstrated experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) of Science.
•2+ years of solution selling experience.
•Maintain strong knowledge of Controls Service Agreement base and quantify/target opportunities.
•Gather and validate preliminary information, including performing facility walkthroughs and construction plan reviews.
•Possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (within the past 3 years).
