•Perform routine assay analyses independently as assigned by the laboratory supervisor.
•Conduct independent method development and method system suitability studies to validate analytical procedure changes.
•Mentor other assay technicians in quality control procedures and technical topics as assigned.
•Teach an in-house training course on quality control and basic statistics to support others’ career development.
•Serve as a safety and environmental leader, adhering to and sponsoring safety and environmental rules and procedures.

•Ability to work independently with little to no supervision and perform nights alone.
