Key Responsibilities

  • •Support payroll-related administrative tasks, including time and attendance tracking and payroll data gathering.
  • •Update and manage P&C data, records, and documentation to comply with internal procedures and service standards.
  • •Assist with onboarding activities, including supporting organizational tasks and contributing to the Employee Handbook.
  • •Handle operational aspects of training and development initiatives, including communications and coordination.
  • •Contribute to People & Culture initiatives and projects, such as engagement program follow-up and updating the P&C webpage content and structure.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Law, Labor Consultancy, Political Science, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • •Interest in People & Culture, especially payroll, personnel administration, and labor regulations.
  • •Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with interest in digital solutions to automate processes.
  • •Strong precision, discretion, reliability, and attention to detail, with the ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.
  • •Fluency in English.
