Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement the Vendor Management System feature in SuccessFactors/Fieldglass for External Workforce Management, including process design and technical configuration.
  • •Collaborate with the Global Strategic Sourcing team and global HR subject matter experts to meet business needs and ensure solution fit with Epiroc’s digital HR landscape.
  • •Act as the Application Manager Business in line with the Epiroc application maintenance model to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.
  • •Partner with HR managers, HR business partners, regional specialists, and administrators across local, regional, and global teams.
  • •Drive process improvements and innovation using digitization, agile methodologies, and data analytics to enhance experiences for managers, HR, and employees.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
  • •Minimum of five years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • •Proven experience as a project manager, including implementation of vendor management systems.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes, particularly within talent acquisition and master data management.
  • •Strong expertise in SAP Fieldglass or other external workforce management systems, plus cloud-based HR system experience (SuccessFactors or similar).
