Job Summary

Provide near real-time operational intelligence support in a closed 24/7 decision-making environment, monitoring system alerts and status while performing rapid technical problem-solving. You will direct junior team operators, perform preliminary evaluation of system issues, support design changes to improve efficiency or reduce costs, and maintain operational event logs. The role requires completion of the required Operations Certification Process and involves frequent direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor near real-time status of the system and respond to system alerts and changes through technical problem-solving.
•Provide near real-time operational response including system reconfiguration, data analysis, and data reporting.
•Perform preliminary evaluation of system problems and advise on design changes to improve operational efficiency and/or reduce cost of operations.
•Document and maintain operational event logs and records, using technical training or equivalent experience to evaluate system performance and enhance data processing capabilities.
•Monitor and direct the performance of junior level team operators while working rotating 24/7, 12-hour shifts and interacting frequently with customers and peers.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience in Intel Operations and/or Intelligence (Signals) Analysis, including military leadership.
•An active and in-scope TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government security clearance is required for consideration.
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
•Currently possess active senior level certifications for operational mission positions as required by assigned job duties.
•Ability to distinguish the difference between colors on a computer monitor (specifically red, blue, white and green).
