Key Responsibilities

•Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions across Salesforce product lines
•Lead business development, operations and IT strategy tasks, including product demonstrations, while acting as a trusted advisor
•Perform business problem solving and solutioning by discovering customer needs, analyzing requirements, and proposing Salesforce multi-product solutions
•Convey deep understanding of the customer enterprise architecture and advocate the Salesforce Platform (Health Cloud, Hyperforce, Data 360, MuleSoft, Slack) and integration possibilities
•Develop technical POVs on AI context architecture (RAG, grounding, real-time data pipelines) and hybrid human/autonomous enterprise architectures

Key Requirements

•B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS (or equivalent)
•Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a collaborative, multi-stakeholder environment
•Deep knowledge of enterprise software applications, relational databases, web technology, integration principles, and process orchestration
•Experience with machine learning concepts (predictive and generative AI), including GenAI usage
•Exceptional executive presence with strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
