Job Summary

Lead daily operations in an automotive Inspection Center, directly supervising hourly associates to achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards. Manage safe movement of vehicles for repairs, review and approve mechanical/physical defects, and train the team using Quality Control standards to complete repairs correctly the first time. •Manage the movement of cars in and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals
•Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team and identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities
•Engage assigned team through coaching, development, performance management, and feedback
•Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory and lead decisions to repair or reject inventory
•Train production associates using Quality Control standards and support first-time repair completion to reduce re-checks and delays
