Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars in and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team and identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities
  • •Engage assigned team through coaching, development, performance management, and feedback
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory and lead decisions to repair or reject inventory
  • •Train production associates using Quality Control standards and support first-time repair completion to reduce re-checks and delays
