Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide analytical leadership and support for FMC's North American toll manufacturing network.
  • •Lead analytical investigations and troubleshooting of quality, manufacturing, and customer complaint issues.
  • •Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of analytical methods at external manufacturing and laboratory partners.
  • •Assess analytical capabilities, identify gaps and risks, and drive improvement of compliance and performance across the tolling network.
  • •Support audits, technology transfers, qualification activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and adoption of FMC analytical standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
  • •5+ years of experience in analytical chemistry, quality, laboratory operations, or manufacturing support.
  • •Experience with analytical method development, validation, transfer, and troubleshooting.
  • •Experience supporting customer complaints, manufacturing investigations, or product quality issue resolution.
  • •Knowledge of quality systems, investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
